These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Asssits Tour Management website and services, operated by SustainablEthic LLC, doing business as Asssits Tour Management (“Asssits,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the site or our services, you agree to these Terms.

Our Services

Asssits provides tour logistics/charter transportation coordination, artist booking, and related services, and sells music and merchandise. Bookings and charters are arranged by quote and are subject to separate written agreements and, where applicable, licensed third-party carriers and a California-licensed booking agent.

Quotes, Bookings & Deposits

Submitting a form is a request, not a confirmed booking. Bookings are confirmed only in writing. Deposits, cancellation windows, and payment terms are set out in your booking agreement/quote and are incorporated by reference.

Purchases

Merchandise and music orders are subject to our Refund & Returns Policy and Shipping Policy. Prices and availability may change.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site (logos, text, images, and artist materials) is owned by Asssits or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The site and services are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Asssits is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the applicable product or service.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Venue lies in the state or federal courts located in California.

Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
