This Shipping Policy applies to physical merchandise purchased from SustainablEthic LLC, doing business as Asssits Tour Management (“Asssits,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation and tracking information by email when your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Destinations

We charge a flat $8 shipping fee per order on physical merchandise. We currently ship within the United States (and select international destinations where available). Delivery times vary by carrier and location.

Digital Products

Music and digital downloads are delivered electronically — no shipping is required, and they are available immediately after purchase.

Lost or Delayed Shipments
