Pròfugos is the Soda Stereo experience, live. Named for one of the band’s defining anthems, this Los Angeles tribute channels the sound that made Soda Stereo Latin America’s biggest rock band — Cerati’s soaring melodies, the shimmering guitars, the pulse that filled stadiums from Buenos Aires to Mexico City — and delivers it with the precision and passion the catalogue deserves.
Formed in 2025 by Henrik Strater, Martin Medina, and Abelardo Bolaño Quintero, and billed as “La Experiencia Soda Stereo,” Pròfugos went from launch to headline ticketed club nights and festival stages across the LA market in their first year — including Rain Night Club in Studio City — plus a live television appearance on Vision Latina’s Mañana Latina. From “De Música Ligera” to “Persiana Americana,” every set is a singalong waiting to happen.
