- Information you provide: name, email, phone, and details you submit through our contact, charter-quote, and artist-booking forms.
- Order information: billing/shipping details and purchase history when you buy merchandise. Payment card data is processed securely by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
- Automatically collected: IP address, browser type, and usage data via cookies and similar technologies.
How We Use Your Information
To respond to inquiries, provide quotes and bookings, fulfill orders, send transactional emails, operate and improve the site, and comply with law.
Marketing Communications
If you opt in — through our website, a fan sign-up widget, or an artist page — we may send you marketing email about upcoming shows, tour announcements, artist news, and offers. We send these only to people who have opted in, and every message includes an unsubscribe link. You can withdraw consent at any time by using that link or emailing info@asssits.com. Unsubscribing from marketing email does not affect transactional messages related to a booking, quote, or order.
How We Share Information
We share information only with service providers who help us operate — including Stripe (payments), Mailchimp (email marketing), our email/SMTP and hosting providers, and booking and event tools — and as required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
