This Refund & Returns Policy applies to purchases from SustainablEthic LLC, doing business as Asssits Tour Management (“Asssits,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Digital Products (Music & Downloads)
Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales of digital downloads are final and non-refundable, except where required by law or if the file is defective/undeliverable — in which case contact us and we will make it right.
Physical Merchandise
You may return unused physical merchandise in its original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. To start a return, email info@asssits.com with your order number. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived defective or incorrect. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund it, including shipping.
Charter & Booking Services
Deposits and cancellation terms for charter transportation and artist bookings are governed by your individual booking agreement/quote, which controls in the event of any conflict with this policy.
