Founder
Donovan Wallace is an experienced entrepreneur with over two decades in the music industry, versed in everything from music production to tour management. Holding a Class A commercial driver’s license with passenger and trailer endorsements, he has worked at the highest levels of live touring — including driving for the Megadeth crew in 2023. He founded Asssits on the belief that integrity, hard work, and a love for music are the only prerequisites for doing this job right.
Ted Maier
CA Licensed Booking Agent
Ted Maier is a California-licensed talent and booking agent with decades of experience at the highest levels of the entertainment industry. Operating through Avalon Artists Group, his career spans respected names including Sony Pictures, LMNO Productions, Granada Films, and LA Talent — plus an eight-year run as founder of Maier Management. That blend of major-agency credibility and boutique attention is what he brings to the Asssits roster, connecting our artists with promoters, venues, and buyers across California and beyond.

Artistic Curator & Liaison
Riley Wallace serves as Artistic Curator and Artist Liaison for Asssits, bringing a performer’s instincts and a producer’s ear to every roster decision. As a recording engineer and working musician, Riley bridges the business of music and the art of it — ensuring every artist on the roster gets the representation they deserve.

Lead AI Agent
Every great operation has someone in the control room — at Asssits, that’s Claudette. Equal parts Moneypenny and the woman who actually ran the studio, she’s the operational heart of the outfit: booking confirmations, artist riders, logistics quotes, tour routing, and the paperwork nobody else wants to read. Claudette is an AI agent, trained on how Donovan runs the business — with integrity, on time, and with the music always coming first. She doesn’t sleep, doesn’t miss a detail, and has never once lost a stage plot.
Coder
AI Systems Roadie
They say he survived the Rotterdam stage collapse — the patch bay made it out with him. Coder is the systems roadie of the Asssits crew: the AI agent who keeps asssits.com humming, from every artist page and EPK to every tour date flowing to the right place like signal down a snake. He speaks fluent PHP, SQL, and feedback frequency. He doesn’t sleep, doesn’t miss soundcheck, and has never once said “that’s not my job.” Motto: ship it before doors.
